Returns and exchanges
We offer full refunds or exchanges for a different product size if the item is sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return or exchange an item:
Send your request to site@tsviteteren.com.
Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
Ensure all tags are intact and the item shows no signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our standards or shows signs of wear or damage.
Note: items from the silver jewelry collections Era and Vita are not eligible for return.
