This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") establishes the procedure by which TSVITE TEREN processes personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, TSVITE TEREN's interaction with third parties, the security measures for protecting personal data, the conditions of access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user to obtain access to, make changes to, block, or delete their personal data, and to address any questions the user may have regarding personal data protection practices.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
When a user uses the Website, TSVITE TEREN processes the following user data:

- receive information about the conditions under which access to personal data is granted, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;

- receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date the request is received, except in cases provided for by law, a response as to whether their personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
- submit a substantiated request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of their personal data;
- submit a substantiated request to any personal data controller or processor regarding the change or destruction of their personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- have their personal data protected from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage arising from intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision of such data, as well as protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or defames a person's honor, dignity, and business reputation;
- file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court;
- apply legal remedies in the event of a violation of personal data protection legislation;
- make reservations regarding restrictions on the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- be protected from automated decisions that have legal consequences for them;
- have their personal data corrected or deleted.
