How It Works
Every purchase you make in our showroom or on our website is added to your club account balance. Once the total amount of your purchases reaches a certain threshold, you automatically receive a discount on future purchases.

The discount is applied automatically to your next purchase — no additional action is required.
Birthday Discount
Enjoy a 15% discount on one purchase during the period starting 5 days before and ending 5 days after your birthday.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Where and How Purchases Are Counted
Purchases made in the showroom are tracked by your phone number.
Online purchases are tracked when you place an order while logged into your account. If you complete a purchase without signing in, the amount will not be credited to the loyalty program. We therefore recommend always logging into your account before making a purchase.
The loyalty program is currently available in our showrooms. It is expected to launch on the website in June 2026. However, all purchases made both in showrooms and online have been counted toward your accumulated balance since February 20, 2026.
Important Terms and Conditions
Discounts do not apply to sale items, collaborations, or charitable projects.
Discounts cannot be combined with promo codes or other special offers. Only one discount may be applied — the highest available or the one selected by you.
Discounts do not apply to gift certificates. If an order is partially paid with a gift certificate, only the amount paid with personal funds will be credited to the loyalty program.
In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be deducted from your accumulated purchase total.
Your discount level remains valid indefinitely, provided you make at least one purchase per year. If no purchases are made within a 12-month period, your discount level will be reset.
Discounts are personal and linked to your phone number.
TSVITE TEREN reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the loyalty program without prior notice. Any changes become effective upon publication on the website.
Military Discount
TSVITE TEREN supports Ukraine’s defenders and offers a 10% discount for active military personnel and veterans.

In the showroom: Present your combat veteran ID (UBD).
Online: Send us a direct message.
The military discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
